When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit, provided the product is at least half full.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, Skin Pharm is committed to ethical beauty. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, and we maintain Leaping Bunny certification.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.
